All our puddings are made with 100% natural ingredients & without artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. The Jersey cream has a superior quality that makes our Sticky Toffee Sauce so very special.
The sunshine, sea air & lush pastures of Jersey ensures that the famous Jersey Cow produces some of the finest cream in the world.
We support local food producers & are very lucky to have such a wonderful larder right on our doorstep.
