As one who needs to watch his weight,I have tried to avoid puddings and Sticky Toffeee ones especially along with Tiramisu,so to try this wonderful dessert and find it delicious but shockingly light has opened a door, I now feel I can allow myself something that oozes luxury but does not leave me with that "Puddinged out" bloated feeling that leads to discomfort and guilt...what a winner.

Eating Emma Carlton´s pudding was a heavenly experience! For such a luxurious pudding you would expect to be feeling rather laden down but contrary to this, the texture was delighfully light and the toffee was like liquid gold.
